Is laser treatment safe for all skin tones?

Yes. Our laser systems include multi-wavelength technology specifically designed to treat all Fitzpatrick skin types safely. During your consultation, we assess your skin and select the appropriate settings and wavelength for you.

Do I need to sign forms before my appointment?

Yes — all forms are sent electronically after you book. You sign from your phone or computer. No paperwork at the door. This protects you and ensures we have a complete picture of your health before treatment.

How does pre-payment work?

After booking, you'll receive a secure payment link via email. You can pay a deposit or the full amount. Payments are processed by Stripe — PCI compliant, bank-grade encrypted. We never store your card number on our servers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment with no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price. We understand life happens — contact us and we'll work with you.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the treatment and your skin goals. Laser hair removal typically takes 6 to 8 sessions for permanent results. Skin resurfacing shows visible improvement in 1 to 3 sessions. RF skin tightening delivers gradual lifting over 3 to 6 months with one or two sessions. We'll give you a realistic plan during your consultation.

Do you accept financing or insurance?

Aesthetic treatments are generally not covered by insurance. However, we accept CareCredit financing and offer package pricing that significantly reduces per-session cost. Ask us about our membership program for regular clients.
